What I do

Three kinds of help, one goal: a business that’s easy to choose.

Every service has written deliverables, a list of what I need from you, and what isn’t included. See every service in detail.

Get found

Websites and online visibility

A clear website and accurate Google information, so people searching for what you do can understand your business and contact you.

Follow up

Business email and automation

A professional address and a simple routine, so every enquiry is acknowledged and lands somewhere you will actually see it.

Look professional

Content, branding and marketing materials

Posts, templates and print pieces that look like they came from the same careful business, because they did.

Evidence, not promises

Real work, clearly labelled.

The business I’m launching and a client website I’m building now. Every card says which is which, and no results are invented.

What “follow up” looks like

From enquiry to answer, without anything slipping through.

This is the kind of simple routine I set up for owners: an honest acknowledgement, one place to see every enquiry, and a reminder before anyone is forgotten.

Demonstration Fictional sample data. No emails are sent.

  1. Step 1 of 4

    A customer sends the form

At 9:42 on a Saturday, Priya asks about a grooming appointment. The form asks only what the owner needs to reply.

  2. Step 2 of 4

She gets an honest reply, instantly

An automatic email confirms the request arrived and says exactly what happens next. It never pretends the appointment is booked.

  3. Step 3 of 4

The owner is told, in one consistent format

The details land in the owner’s inbox and on a lead list with a status, not buried in DMs or voicemail.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Nothing waits unseen

If the request is still “New” on Monday morning, the owner gets a reminder. The list shows who still needs an answer.

How a project works

Written down, built with you, handed over.

  1. Send a short brief

    You
Tell me about your business and what is not working. Two minutes, no preparation needed.
    Me
I read it and reply with questions, or say honestly if I am not the right fit.
  2. Agree a written scope

    You
Answer a few questions, on a call or by email.
    Me
I send a scope with deliverables, what I need from you, exclusions, third-party costs and a quote.
  3. Build and check in

    You
Send content and review drafts. Two rounds of changes are included per deliverable.
    Me
I build, show progress and keep a list of decisions.
  4. Test and launch together

    You
Try it yourself. We send a real test enquiry.
    Me
I run speed and accessibility checks and fix what we find.
  5. Hand over

    You
Keep your logins and the short guide.
    Me
I document access, what changed and what you still need to do. Ongoing support is optional.

Why me

I’m building a small business too.

I built the website for Nest & Rest Cleaning, my home-cleaning business in Scarborough and North York, Toronto, from scratch. It opens for bookings in summer 2027. Setting it up meant doing what my clients need: a clear offer, a website people understand on their phone, booking requests, email, and a habit of answering every enquiry.

Tell me about your business.

Two minutes is enough. I’ll reply by email with questions or a suggested next step. No obligation, and no automated sales sequence.
